Works completed for Up North Building Pty Ltd

Gut and refurb, extension. Created a two-bathroom, four bedroom living space for the staff at Bloomfield Lodge.

Scope of works:

• Concrete cutting and demolition

• New concrete slab for the extension

• Internal frames and ceilings

• External load bearing timber frames built for cyclonic conditions.

• Two new decks, for recreation and an outdoor gym. 

• Re-shingle cabana roof
